Technology, Media and the Latino Community: The Reallocation of Spectrum
On September 13, 2011, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute held it's annual Public Policy Conference in Washington, DC during Hispanic Heritage Month. During the conference, NAB's Chief Operating and Strategy Officer, Christopher Ornelas, participated in a panel moderated by Representative Linda Sánchez called, "Technology, Media and the Latino Community: The Reallocation of Spectrum." The summit will debate the merits of the FCC's efforts to address what it calls a "looming spectrum crisis" and to reallocate spectrum between wireless and broadcast needs.
